Our schedule fees start as low as $439 making us one of the most competitive companies in the market today. To provide you with the best possible services My Deprecation has a pricing structure that charges a single fixed fee for each of our services. We service all major cities in Australia and the majority of rural Australia but it is important to note that some of our full inspections may require a travel surcharge which you will be notified of at the time of enquiry.

Producing quality tax depreciation schedules is the primary objective of our business. Because of this we are always looking to maximise the number of schedules taken on all year round, which means we are able to offer one of the most competitive rates available. In fact, if you think you can find a cheaper price than here at My Depreciation we will be happy to beat any competitor's written quotation. *Conditions apply

If we cannot claim a higher amount of depreciation than three times our fee in the first full calendar year – the report is yours, FREE! * Conditions apply - MyDep guarantees to assess depreciation entitlements to an amount at least three times our fee in the first full calendar/financial year. If we don't, we will refund all fees and provide our report for free. Please note the fee guarantee is related to your first years depreciation deduction only. Fee guarantee is not available for existing/second hand properties purchased after 9 May 2017
